Here are my terms of business on commissions.
These MUST be read in order to purchase my services and I have my ways of knowing if you have read these terms.If you do NOT agree with these terms you are not allowed to purchase my services.These terms are subject to change anytime I see fit.
Terms for Commissions
➣ I have the right to refuse any commission received for any reason.
➣ Any drawings requested will be done in MY style, that means NO realism or really sophisticated style, just mine.
➣ All drawings will be digital, provided with two versions, a basic colored background with the drawing, and one with no background (transparent).
➣ I have the right to post any finished commissions on my portfolio / social media accounts for any reason that I feel fit.
➣ You may post the art given as long as: Credit is given to me and my signing is visible within the drawing.
➣ You may use the art for: Profile Pictures, Banners, Posts (Credit must be present to me), and Any other un-monetized reason (Credit must be present to me).
➣ You may NOT: Use my art for commercial reasons, Use my art in any monitized value unless as a Profile Picture or Banner.
➣ Under business terms, you MUST provide the secret code to me or else I will refuse service, the code is Fishiplier, this code may change randomly if I choose.
➣ Updates will be provided on the drawing throughout the period that I work on it, you may request changes before the clean line art begins, I will notify you and you must tell me if I am to change some details or if it's good.
➣ Depending on how big the change is, I may request an extra payment (usually not that large, unless it's something like a 2nd character)
➣ I draw characters, so for now, you may not request complicated backgrounds, detail-heavy animals or things like that.
➣ You must provide a reference for the thing requested with minimally worded descriptions.
➣ Refunds are allowed as long as I am not yet on the clean art portion (after you confirm that I shall continue)
➣ I am allowed to refuse your commission if things come up and I am no longer able to work on it, refunds will be given.
➣ You are NOT allowed to use my art for any AI or NFT purposes.REGARDING PAYMENTS:
➣ I only accept PayPal for payments.
➣ You may only pay after we've discussed details of what should be commissioned and how it should be done.
➣ You WILL pick from paying either half or full at the start.
➣ If you choose half then you must pay the other half before I start the final part of the commission.
➣ If you fail to confirm details within 3 days of the commission being started, the commission will be cancelled and there will be no refund.DRAWING SPECIFICATIONS:
➣ You may NOT request GORE, Hate Art, Realism in any fashion, Things that are not my style, or Relationships of real people (unless consent is given by said people).
➣ If I see that a request does not fit anything else I feel comfortable with, I will reject the request.PAYMENTS (Per Character / Object requested):
